We had a great transit through the Panama Canal.  Humid is an understatement!!  Very interesting history lesson while going through the locks.  It was a light traffic day in the canal because of the holidays.  We entered it at 8am and completed the transit at 4:30pm.

Cuba

We had a great flight to Miami and boarding the Viking Sun.  Day one was a sea day which allowed us to get settled in and check the ship out.  So far the Viking service has been wonderful.  Food and all the amenities are fantastic.

We anchored in Cienfuegos, Cuba and toured for two days.  One of the days was a trip to Havana.  What would a trip to Havana be without a ride in a 1951 Chevy???

Now it's onto Jamaica and Costa Rica.

New Adventures

Bellaluna sold last year and is being enjoyed by a nice couple from Arizona.

Debbie and I are embarking on new and exciting adventures.

On Friday we will depart for a 142 day world cruise aboard the Viking Sun.  This Cruise will take us from Miami through the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Pacific Ocean, French Polynesia, New Zealand, Australia, The Asias, India, Red Sea,  Mediterranean, and finally dock in London, England.  We will fly home from London on May 5, 2018.  Below is a map of our route.
